Broilmaster has been producing their grills in the exact same way for over 50 years. They rely on the old standard “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” The unique aspect of Broilmaster Grills is that the shell of the grill is made out of cast aluminum rather than stainless steel. Although cast aluminum might not be the most attractive material to make a grill out of it certainly makes up for that in functionality and longevity. The cast aluminum is much better at holding in heat than stainless steel, and it also does not ever heat stain or rust like stainless steel does over time and exposure to heat. It is because of this cast aluminum that Broilmaster Grills last so long. We have worked on many Broilmasters that were 30 plus years old, and we have been able to make them look new again because the aluminum does not deteriorate. Broilmaster Grills are available in both freestanding and built-in models.
